• Youngstown, OH, Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50Hourly, We are looking for a reliable and caring Residential Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to provide daily living assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. Our residential support team helps individuals maintain a comfortable home life while encouraging self-direction, personal dignity, and meaningful daily routines.

What You Will Do

Help individuals follow their preferred daily schedules. Prepare meals and snacks while following dietary instructions. Provide supervision and support. Encourage individuals to make everyday decisions and maintain as much independence as possible. Maintain complete, timely, and factual service notes and other required documentation.

Accompany or assist individuals with community activities.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements Minimum age of 18. GED or High School Diploma Dependable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts Successful completion of required pre-employment background checks and other applicable screening. Willingness to complete additional training for assigned individuals, including any required health, behavioral, or medication-related supports. Prior experience in residential caregiving, home health, personal care, or disability services is a plus but not required.
