Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data Prepare accurate pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment and completeness of scope Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Support Furniture Fitout, Renovation and FM AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) estimation, including manpower, materials, and equipment costing Prepare and manage variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports Monitor project budgets and highlight any cost deviations Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and assessment of project requirements Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field 6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Sketch.
