Executive Compensation Analyst

The Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, administration, analysis, and governance of executive compensation programs across the organization. This role supports the Compensation Committee, senior leadership team, and Human Resources leadership in developing competitive and performance-driven compensation strategies aligned with business objectives, shareholder interests, and regulatory requirements.

The position conducts market analysis, manages executive incentive plans, prepares board-level materials, and ensures compliance with applicable securities, tax, and disclosure regulations. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
