Compliance Executive

Our client, a global professional services organisation, is looking for a Compliance Executive to join their team. In this role, you will support the compliance function and help ensure the highest regulatory and ethical standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with around three years of experience who enjoys analytical work, staying up to date with regulatory developments, and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

This is a hybrid role, offering a salary of up to €30K . Kindly note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered. Role & Responsibilities Assist in applying compliance policies and procedures across the business and track how well they are followed Carry out regular checks to make sure regulatory requirements are being followed Keep track of changes to laws and regulations and assist in updating company policies when needed Keep accurate, up-to-date records of compliance work and regulatory filings Act as a point of contact for regulators and respond to their information requests, with guidance from senior staff Assist in preparing compliance reports and paperwork for internal and external audits Assist in investigating compliance issues and resolving any breaches identified Assist in running compliance training and awareness sessions for employees Education, Skills & Experience Around 3 years of experience in a compliance role in Malta Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Keen interest in regulatory compliance and risk management Analytical, with strong attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Able to handle confidential information responsibly and with care Proficiency in MS Office applications Sound judgement and the drive to take action when applying standard work practices and solving everyday problems About the Role Salary up to €30K Hybrid working in Malta A global professional services environment with excellent career growth prospects Training, development and one-to-one support Kindly apply with your detailed CV in English.
