Casino Manager

Due to exponential growth, we are urgently searching for an experienced Casino Manager to join a growing platform. The Casino Manager will own the day-to-day running of the casino product across multiple brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry casino product specialist with team lead experience to have a direct effect on the Casino product!

The role is office-based with hybrid flexibility, based in the Central i. Gaming district of Malta, offering a salary of €55-60K + an excellent KPI-driven bonus (see below). Role & Responsibilities Own the game release roadmap and keep launches on track, compliant and on time Act as the main point of contact for game providers and aggregators, from onboarding to issue resolution Manage lobby and site positioning based on performance data and player behaviour Review daily performance (revenue, active players, margin, bonus costs) and turn insight into commercial decisions Work closely with CRM, Marketing, BI and Finance to align releases and campaigns Lead and mentor a team of Casino Coordinators Education, Skills & Experience 4+ years’ experience in casino or games operations within i.

Gaming Hands-on experience with game release tools, provider back offices and aggregator platforms Solid understanding of game certification Comfortable with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and AI/data tools Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder-management skills People-management or Team Lead experience A self-starter, happy to be hands-on across both strategy and execution Fluent communication skills in English , both written and spoken Experience with multi-brand, multi-market setups would be advantageous Previous experience of working within a start-up environment is meriting Experience of creating and documenting processes and procedures Experience of negotiating commercial terms and/or managing relationships with providers About this role Full time, based in the Central i.
