WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role is all about building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that improve comfort, safety, and efficiency in the home.

You'll meet with homeowners, evaluate their HVAC and electrical needs, present recommendations, and guide customers through the purchasing process with confidence and professionalism. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll help customers make informed decisions while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who can build trust quickly, communicate effectively, and consistently convert opportunities into closed sales. Success in this position comes from providing outstanding customer service, maintaining strong follow-up practices, and achieving individual sales goals.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

Our Outside Sales Representativeearns an experience-based salary of**$65,000 - $125,000 per year**.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be available to work a Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM schedule and meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience as an HVAC, electrical, in-home, home improvement, remodeling, or residential sales representative preferred
• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
• Strong desire to meet goals and exceed customer expectations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
