We are looking for motivated, high-energy Door-to-Door Canvassers** to help us identify homes with hazardous, overgrown, or dangerous trees and get property owners scheduled for a free assessment with our sales estimators.

The Opportunity

If you are charismatic, comfortable talking to people, and love being outdoors, this role puts your earning power completely in your own hands. You don't need technical tree knowledge to start-we will teach you how to spot overhanging branches, deadwood, and hazardous trees in 10 minutes flat.

Your sole job is to spark conversations, identify obvious tree issues on residential properties, and book free estimate appointments for our sales team.

Uncapped Earnings & Pay Structure

Instant Appointment Payout:** Earn direct cash/commission for every set appointment that meets our basic qualification criteria.

Stacked / Bonus Commission:** Earn an additional percentage bonus on the total revenue when our sales team completes and closes the job!

What You'll Be Doing

Neighborhood Canvassing:** Walk target neighborhoods, identifying properties with visible tree trimming or removal needs (e.g., branches over roofs, dead trees, dangerous leaners, overgrown canopies).

Engage Homeowners:** Initiate friendly, low-pressure conversations at the door about safety, storm readiness, and property preservation.

Set Appointments:** Schedule free, no-obligation property evaluations on the spot using our simple mobile scheduling tool.

Track Daily Footprint:** Log knocked doors, leads, and booked appointments in our easy-to-use CRM software.
