Consortium Program Manager

The Consortium Program Manager is the strategic lead for the five-year Economic Recovery for Conflict-Affected Populations (ER-CAP) program, overseeing implementation across a three-partner consortium in the post-conflict regions of Afar, Tigray, and Amhara. This senior role ensures program coherence, technical excellence, and measurable impact, while maintaining alignment with the Market Systems Development (MSD) approach.

As the primary liaison to donors, government counterparts, and external stakeholders, the Consortium Program Manager drives strategic coordination, operational performance, and capacity development. S/he is also responsible for ensuring all interventions are high-quality, contextually relevant, and market-drive.
