Claims Examiner (Bodily Injury)

Kinsale Insurance is seeking a Claims Examiner to join our team onsite in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of casualty claims — from investigation through resolution — including litigated claims involving bodily injury liability. You'll interpret policy coverage, direct defense counsel, drive litigation strategy, and negotiate resolutions with sound judgment and business acumen.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of professional experience (commercial liability claims preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
