Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining awareness of safety principles and following company safety standards • Inventory control of goods (counting, recording, reporting) • Lean champion overseeing projects and champion of safety in the plant • Maintaining order and placing all stock in designated areas • Organizing goods and assisting with designating stocking locations as needed • Quality control of product (identify and report defective, damaged, or otherwise bad products), reworking or scraping as required • Experience with warehouse software, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), SAP or Oracle preferred • Serving as a back-up to Forklift and Order Fillers • Wrapping skids of product for shipment, staging, recording and loading of internal transfers
