Mining Field Service Lead Technician

WHAT YOU’LL DO: This position performs expert-level diagnosis, repair, and failure analysis of Caterpillar equipment and attachments, including engines, hydraulics, and power train systems. Under the direction of the Field Service Supervisor, this role serves as an informal technical leader, supporting technicians, coordinating field work, ensuring repair quality and safety, and delivering a high level of customer service.
