Mine Site Support Manager, Product Support

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Mine Site Support Manager serves as the primary dealership representative at the mine site that is located in the Challis Idaho area and is responsible for leading daily support of Caterpillar mining equipment operations. This role coordinates maintenance, repair, parts support, technical resources, safety expectations, and customer communication to help maximize equipment availability, reliability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Mine Site Support Manager works closely with mine leadership, dealer product support teams, field technicians, parts personnel, condition monitoring teams, and Caterpillar resources to ensure service commitments are met and equipment support is delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently.
