We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance and Operations Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the District’s maintenance, custodial, grounds, and facilities operations.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring our schools and facilities remain safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained to support student learning and staff success. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and problem-solver with experience in supervising personnel, coordinating maintenance projects, managing work orders, overseeing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

We are looking for a collaborative, dependable professional who values teamwork, accountability, operational efficiency, and exceptional service to our school community.

Requirements

/ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in maintenance, facilities, grounds, custodial operations, building trades, or a closely related field Two (2) years of lead, supervisory, or management experience involving responsibility for assigning and directing the work of others Experience utilizing computerized work-order, maintenance-management, or related information systems Valid California Driver’s License Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please attach 2 letters, dated and signed within the last year) Proof of HS Graduation (Transcripts, Diploma, or GED) Resume Comments and Other Information Please scan and attach all required documents to your Edjoin application.
