• Job Coach is responsible for helping to build meaningful lives for the clients we serve and for enhancing the quality of their lives. This is accomplished through the implementation of person-centered planning, client goals, promoting development of life skills, community integration, and self-assuring experiences in a manner consistent with the policies and procedures of Hills and Dales. The Employment Services Personal Assistant provides employment services to the clients of Hills and Dales and functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure clients receive the highest quality services possible.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in developing life skills and community integration. Provide on-the-job coaching and support to clients in employment settings. Promote self-assurance and independence in clients through meaningful work experiences. Maintain compliance with Hills and Dales policies and procedures. Document client progress and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Free of conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with proof of insurance. Minimum six months of experience in a formal support provision setting, employment services, and/or CNA preferred.
