Quality & Compliance Director

The Quality Operations Director provides Operations Support in key areas of the business including QC, QA, IT Systems and general Compliance to ensure business objectives are met for the entire EMUS organization. Works with EMUS top management, Japan expats, and global ETRIA members. Oversee Quality management system (QMS) including quality control/assurance, Non-conformance process, problem solving process, and quality assurance monitoring to ensure stable quality in the factory and external customers. Oversee IT systems management to support overall factory, evaluate and make recommendations and adjustments as necessary. Ensure total factory compliance based on ETRIA global requirements, US State and Federal rules and regulations, ISO systems, SOX systems, and other internal compliance.
