The sky is your limit Pay Rate: $29.50 USD Gross hourly Reporting to the Director of Catering & Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Actively support the Conference Services and Catering Managers. Prompt response to client inquiries Comprehensive management of Opera S&C Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders, work with Managers and Clients for event details Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Opera S&C Excellent customer service skills Superior interpersonal skills Result oriented and highly motivated Ability to multi-task and work under pressure All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
