Catering Coordinator

Job Description: Support and assist the Catering Sales Team in managing and maintaining catering, meetings, and social events. This position is designed to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and support to external clients and internal partners while assisting with sales, planning, detailing, and execution of events.

Responsibilities

· Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales and catering communications and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to internal partners and external customers. Endeavor to deliver clear and concise communication that is representative of Concord Hospitality across all avenues of communication. · Support booked catering and event business from turnover through execution, serving as a primary resource for client.
