We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our rental department at our dealership. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable using computers, and can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with rental inquiries

Make and manage vehicle rental reservations

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

Complete rental agreements and other required paperwork

Review rental contracts and explain rental terms and policies to customers

Assist customers with vehicle pick-up and return

Maintain accurate rental records and customer information

Coordinate vehicle availability and rental schedules

Handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications

Reliable, dependable, and punctual

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable working with computers and learning rental software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Professional and friendly demeanor

Previous car rental, automotive, dealership, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
