Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.People Management

• Supervise all maintenance activities and employees.
• Support HSE to meet commitments and deadlines
• Good communication with contractors & subcontractors to cost down spare parts
• Support activities with use of problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, brainstorming, teamwork
• Ability to ensure group is able to meet commitments and deadlines
• Implementing & maintaining Preventive & Predictive maintenance activities & optimize continously PM process
• Strengthen TPM culture and optimize constantly process about AM, PM
• Have strongest ambition to be benchmark for TPM in the Gates group
• Competent in understanding mechanical drawings& electrical schematic
• Able to communicate and exchange ideas with peers in other Gates’s maintenance, as well as capability to transfer knowledge
• Able to effectively communicate with suppliers & vendors of machinery & parts
• Assist in development and control of Maintenance expense budget
• Assist to ensure environment & production levels are maintained
• To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
• Must keep cell phone available and response equipment breakdown support in 24 hours and must go shop floor fix the breakdown for Safety/Calss1 equipment.
• Must report equipment down >2Hours to Manager 2.Value Creation
• Monitor replacement parts inventory and work orders
• Monitoring MP2 system
• Implement & maintain Maintenance Excellence (TPM) system
• To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative 3.Customer Satisfaction
• PM system > ensure correctness & completion
• Predictive maintenance > thermal imaging, oil analysis, transformers & gearboxes
• Minimizing machine downtime
• MTBF
• MTTR
• Working closely with other colleague from cross function to continuously improve production output & OEE 4.Citizenship
• Maintenance Excellence Program
• Supporting TS, ISO & OHSAS programs
• Maintaining all TS, ISO & OHSAS records related to maintenance
• Ensure that safety goals for department are met

1. Other tasks assigned by department manager. Can run 3 shifts Keys to Success Supervisory Responsibilities Requirements and Preferred Skills
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical or related Engineering
3. Competence in AutoCAD,PLC,MS Office Tools and MS Project, Prefer farmilar with AB PLC
4. Good Leadership and able to lead a team of engineers and technicians. 4. above 5 years relevant working experiences in foreign company
