As a Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of our Mental Health & Addiction Services. This is a varied and fast paced position where youll provide high quality administrative and reception support, ensuring patients, wh&#257nau, clinicians and stakeholders are supported in a professional and welcoming environment.From managing referrals and maintaining patient records to coordinating appointments, Typing clinical letters, handling enquiries, and supporting clinical teams, your work will help ensure services run smoothly and efficiently. As a Team Administrator, you bring a strong customer service focus, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.You will have:At least 3 years experience in an administrative or similar role.A high level of customer service and a professional, approachable manner.Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with digital systems.Experience in typing clinical letters.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling data and documentation.Working at Health New Zealand.
