Insurance Operations Support Specialist (primarily Auto Insurance)

Sfakianakis Group , as part of its continued growth and expansion, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its team at its Athens office: Insurance Operations Support Specialist (primarily Auto Insurance) Responsibilities: Provides operational and administrative support for insurance activities, primarily in the Auto Insurance sector.

Communicates with and supports partners on insurance-related matters. Liaises with insurance companies and external partners. Enters and updates customer and policy information in the insurance management systems. Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records and insurance documentation. Responds to customer and partner enquiries regarding policies, claims and procedures.

Ensures that all insurance documentation and related activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Degree from a university, Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or Vocational Training Institute (IEK). At least two years of experience in an insurance company or insurance agency is desirable. BoG Insurance Agent Certification . Proficiency in MS Office. Good command of written and spoken English. Familiarity with insurance company pricing portals and Blue Byte software.
