Located in Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches, our Care Community is dedicated to providing high-quality care and services that help our residents live with meaning and purpose.

As a Demi Chef, you will play an important role in delivering nutritious, delicious meals while creating a positive dining experience for our residents.

What You'll Do

Prepare and deliver nutritious meals, snacks, and dining experiences for residents Ensure meals are prepared and served in line with dietary requirements and preferences Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and customer service Support meal service delivery in accordance with kitchen schedules and service standards Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and hospitality team Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimisation of food waste Follow food safety, infection control, and workplace safety requirements at all times Benefits & Rewards Permanent full-time opportunities available Flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster Competitive hourly rates plus penalty rates and 12% superannuation Ongoing learning and development through the Opal Health.
