• New York, NY, Education Level: Juris Doctor Degree, Salary Range: $180000.00 - $220000.00Salary/year, Job Category: Legal, MHS is seeking a litigation attorney with 4-7 years of experience in products liability and/or toxic torts to handle a diverse caseload involving product liability, toxic tort, subrogation, and employment matters in courts throughout the country. The attorney will defend burn and fire claims, toxic exposure matters, subrogation claims, product liability cases, and single-plaintiff employment lawsuits. This role offers substantial responsibility and direct client interaction, including involvement in litigation strategy and opportunities to represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Qualifications

4-7+ years of litigation experience with a background in products liability and/or toxic torts Active New York Bar admission required; additional admissions are helpful JD degree from an ABA accredited law school Trial experience strongly preferred Ability to travel as needed Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong legal analysis and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
