Brand Manager

Your Tasks Translate brand guidelines into locally relevant strategic and action plans. Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive market share and business growth. Collaborate closely with sales, shopper and demand planner ensuring the execution of the marketing campaigns and product launches. Build business cases for launches: pricing, profitability, volume forecasts, cannibalization assessment, and P&L analysis.

Implement a strong media plan across owned categories, working closely with Media, Influencers, PR Team. Proactively monitor market dynamics, trends, brand positioning, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Lead business performances and competition analysis, recommending corrective actions.

Direct responsible for business KPIs (net sales, market share and gross margin) and marketing budget of the categories. Lead and support the development of the brand manager intern.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.3-4 years of FMCG marketing experience, including at least 1 year as a Brand Manager with ownership of marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts. Experience within the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry will be an advantage.

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience managing category budgets and driving business results. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus. Experience with Nielsen and SAP is advantageous.
