Working Student Procurement Governance & Development (all genders)
Job description
Your Tasks We as the Procurement Governance & Development team within Procurement Excellence enable Procurement to perform at its best through capability building, knowledge management, continuous improvement and strategic transformation. As a Working Student, you will support a wide range of global initiatives and gain hands-on experience in learning & development, project management, communication, analytics and procurement transformation.
Support the development and maintenance of knowledge & learning assets, SharePoint pages and communication materials (e.g., creation of e-learning modules, videos and other digital learning content using modern learning tools) Assist in the organization and coordination of Academy trainings, onboarding activities and learning events Support strategic Procurement initiatives through research, data collection and project coordination activities Prepare project reporting, status updates and presentations for project teams Analyze project, learning and performance data to support decision-making, reporting and continuous improvement Contribute to communication campaigns, articles and content for the global Procurement community Independently take ownership of smaller work packages and improvement initiatives Your Profile Advanced studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Organizational Development or a related field Enrolled as a full-time student throughout the entire working student period Strong interest in learning, project management and business transformation Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Experience with SharePoint, AI tools or content creation platforms is a plus Analytical mindset combined with a structured and independent way of working Curious, proactive and eager to take ownership Strong collaboration skills and interest in working in an international environment You are available immediately Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
