Director, Human Resources

Who We Are Looking For As a Director of Human Resources, you will define and execute an employee-focused HR strategy. You will shape a workplace where people thrive personally and professionally, driving organizational unity, high trust, and cross-cultural synergy. With a focus on collaboration, efficiency and results, you will lead the India Employee Success team and work closely with India employees, leaders, Country Manager and Global leaders on ensuring the seamless implementation and execution of all HR processes, policies, and programs.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global TA & HR.
