Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Randwick and Bondi. The role involves 8.5 hour shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 :30am-6:00pm . This is a full-time position , offering a 9 day fortnight. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
