Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders
Coordinate with the ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly
Coordinate with customers in case of any order-related issues
Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience
Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
Coordinate internal stock audits at the warehouse
Assist the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports Requirements
English and Hindi are must
