What We’re Looking For: Walstrom Marine is looking for a candidate with technical aptitude and willingness to learn boat maintenance and yard operations to join our Traverse City team! Main Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with boat launching and haul-out operations, particularly during the spring and fall seasons.

Support the transportation of boats, trailers, and supplies to customer properties, Walstrom Marine locations, and events such as boat shows. Perform detailing tasks including interior and exterior cleaning of boats. Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of company fleet and yard equipment throughout the year. Support yard cleanliness and organization by following safety protocols and ensuring equipment is stored properly.

Requirements

Strong work ethic with ability to work independently or as part of a team, and contribute to a positive work environment Good communication skills and a proactive, safety-first attitude. A valid driver’s license is required.

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday availability required during summer months This is an in person, onsite position based out of our Traverse City location.
