Strategic HR partnering and coaching senior leaders Drive workforce, succession and talent planning Lead complex employee relations and change initiatives Use people data to inform business decisions Lead HR projects and ED&I initiatives CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) Extensive HR business partnering experience Strong employment law and ER knowledge Skilled in influencing, coaching and stakeholder management Data-driven with excellent communication skills In our Birmingham site, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
