Handle ASB injunctions and Environmental Protection Act matters.

Run possession cases, including complex defences. Advise on residential leasehold and shared ownership issues. Experienced in housing law with sound technical understanding. Confident advocate, comfortable representing clients at hearings. Highly organised, able to manage a busy and varied workload. Strong communicator, delivering clear and practical advice.
