Line & Process Engineer

Your Tasks An exciting opportunity is available within the Fill & Pack area for a Line & Process Engineer on a temporary contract. This position supports packaging operations across multiple production lines, working closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to drive process improvements, standardization and operational excellence.

Your Tasks Support and optimize manufacturing and packaging processes across several production lines. Develop, update and maintain technical documentation, operating standards and work instructions. Deliver training sessions and technical guidance to production operators. Coordinate and communicate process and equipment changes within the production area.

Collaborate closely with Maintenance teams to identify and implement technical improvements. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects. Support line trials, validations and format change activities. Analyze process deviations, equipment losses and operational issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Promote and support 5S, safety and quality standards. Participate in projects involving automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Your Profile

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related Engineering discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment. High-potential junior profiles may also be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance analysis and execution.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of 5S, SMED, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis or similar methodologies is highly valued. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is an advantage. Electromechanical knowledge or experience is highly valued.
