Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Actively supports talent acquisition at all levels by sourcing candidates via incoming applications and resumes, networking, referrals, career fairs, colleges/universities, ESM Open Houses/Job Fairs, warm calling and any other creative tactics relevant to achieving staffing objectives outlined. Provides a high level of customer service and effectively guides ESM Hiring Managers through the selection and hiring process.

Ensures that timely follow up is maintained during all steps in the acquisition process. Works with the VP of Human Resources and Hiring Manager to identify and highlight for candidates the value proposition associated with ESM and the specific position being sourced.
