Materials Supervisor I

Provides leadership and coordination of all shifts; in the areas of: performance, safety, quality, productivity, and certifications, etc. Responsible for safety and incident investigation and reporting; provides training/mentoring and development of supervised employees. Has responsibility for results of on time shipping, inventory system and administrative duties.

Leads kaizen and lean six sigma projects and recommends, develops and implements improvement plans.
