This role is responsible for overseeing both the clinical and administrative operations of the program, ensuring high-quality, timely, and effective services that promote family stability and connection. This is an opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is ready to step into a role with real impact on team performance, service delivery, and outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee daily operations of the FST, ensuring effective, community-based service delivery. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team. Facilitate clinical staffing and treatment planning meetings. Ensure adherence to the FST model and all applicable standards.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related human services field required. Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, including experience working with youth and families. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and leadership experience. Valid FL driver's license and safe driving record.
