• Social Services, Position Summary: Provides individual, family and group therapy for adolescents and young adults, ages 11-21 with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders on the Children’s Community Action Team serving Charlotte County. Unique and individualized services are conducted in the home, school, community and the office by the multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Two (2) years clinical experience working with children/families with behavioral health concerns.

Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test. Valid FL drivers’ license, insurance, and safe driving record. CBHC New Hire Orientation (NHO) completed within first two (2) months of employment. Licensure, certification, registration are current including continuing education requirements. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
