Unit Director position available in Duncansville, PA Job Description: Manages all aspects of a residential youth group home focusing on the application of behavioral therapy. Proactively schedules activities, reviews status of treatment plans for clients, develops counseling staff competencies and clinical supervision capabilities, tracks program effectiveness to meet fidelity standards, and applies regulations to meet standards.

Familiar with processes systems and therapies appropriate for the type of residence. Recognizes program drift and implements change to restore group home outcomes to expectations. Interacts with targeted external stakeholders such as counties, juvenile justice authorities, parents, regulatory agencies, local law enforcement, etc.

Responsible for safety and functions on a 7/24/365 basis and needs to be available off hours should conditions dictate. Bachelor’s degree preferred #Pursue. Excellence
