• Latrobe, PA Job Description: Under general supervision performs a wide variety of facility trade and maintenance services to sustain the physical plant of Adelphoi as assigned via the Facility Operations (FO) Work Order system and FO procedures. Uses various tools and equipment related to the type of work to be performed. Reviews work orders, assesses and procures parts and materials needed for assignments. Partners with other technicians as required to complete daily repairs and a varying degree of supervised construction projects. Proficient on all safety protocols. Assists with and performs routine work that will include carpentry, painting, basic wiring, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. Completes routine Preventative Maintenance on facility structures and equipment. Preforms safety and regulatory inspections as assigned. Recognizes when jobs require the use of skills or tools beyond capabilities and observes and practices techniques under the immediate guidance of more experienced technicians. Provides information for additional project or repair scope when changes are needed for time. May provide assistance to contractors on a limited basis.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent with a preference for trade or vocational training or certificates. Experience: 2 to 3 years working within a construction or maintenance role maintaining facilities, remodeling, or reconstructing physical structures. #Pursue. Excellence
