What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate night shift production, maintenance, and operational activities to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.

Assign and direct daily work tasks while providing hands-on leadership and support to crews. Monitor equipment, processes, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the shift. Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance and management teams to minimize downtime. Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced industrial or production environment. Strong knowledge of operational processes, equipment, and safe work practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.

Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
