Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to achieve high performance and morale. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial goals, including labor and inventory management.

Guest Experience: Promote a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures. Marketing and Community Engagement: Implement marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community to promote the brand.

Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role with 5 plus years in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, labor cost control, and inventory management. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellence.
