Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage reservations using our reservation platform and ensure efficient seating of the dining room. Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant. Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with special requests or accommodations.

Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-pressure situations with grace. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
