Quality Manager

At Strata Clean Energy, we are seeking a jobsite Quality Manager who will be responsible for establishing and executing the Project Field Quality Assurance Program (FQAP), develop the Defined Feature of Work (DFOW) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) for our utility scale Solar and BESS projects. This person will initiate inspections, document, analyze, and report results, and find solutions to technical problems in all scopes of our work: civil, mechanical/structural, electrical and pre-commissioning inspection means and methods.

This role also interacts with Subcontractors regarding Quality plans, inspection of work, and corrective actions. The QM is responsible for personnel development and training of Quality Leads, Technicians, and temporary labor. This position is a field-based role.
