Lead server/wait staff position details: We are hiring for a Full-Time position, open availability and schedule. Lead server/wait staff job duties include: Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Keep the dining supervisor informed of any issues with meal service or any resident meal issues.

Train and work with new servers, ensuring they are following customer service guidelines. Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a fine dining atmosphere. Assist in Supervision of staff when management deems necessary. Qualifications

Server/wait staff qualifications: Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, and visitors. 2 years of waitstaff experience is required. Experience in dining supervision is preferred.
