DESCRIPTION Managing schedules , meetings, and documentation Handling CRM system and databas e Coordinating between departments (sales, technical , qualit y , finance ) Pipeline generations (leads, contacts , opportunities ) Preparing quotes , proposals and contracts Assisting in order processing and trackin g Liaising with internal and external customers Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Suppo rting technical sales representatives and administrative areas REQUIREMENTS Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.
