Head of Deposit Operations

The Senior Vice President and Head of Deposit Operations is responsible for the management of NCB’s deposit operations supporting a growing deposit base (currently $3.5 billion). The position will be based in either NCB’s Arlington, VA Operations Center or NCB’s Hillsboro, OH Commons location, with the individual responsible for a team of over 50 professionals across both locations with oversight of core functions including Deposit Account Management, Deposit Services, Commercial Cash Management Services, Digital Banking, Electronic Payments, Credit Union Correspondent Banking, Branch Operations, Quality Control, Fraud Analysis, and Remittance Processing.

This management level position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
