Loan Officer

The Loan Officer originates real estate loans for National Cooperative Bank, focusing primarily on Ohio’s single-family market and selected national cooperative markets. The Residential Loan Officer is an individual contributor responsible for originating single-family residential mortgage loans and selected cooperative loans within assigned markets. This role develops referral relationships, guides prospective borrowers through the application process, evaluates credit and financial information to recommend appropriate lending solutions, and partners with processors, underwriters, and closers to support accurate and timely loan closings.
