Service Design Analyst - Digital Transformation

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our international team in a junior-level role. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our Digital Transformation Team , supporting the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) Cloud program rollout. Key areas of responsibility: Ensure customer data integrity in Oracle ES cloud for service delivery, billing, and customer reporting Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods and procedures for service data quality related activities Present and gain alignment on problem identification, solution development, and implementation plans Customize and provide business data for knowledge applications Prepare and distribute standard reports Coordinate activities with management and project managers Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution What we expect from you: BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent business experience Strong written and verbal English communication skills Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, DAX, and Power BI Experience with data analysis, cleansing, profiling, data modeling, and analytics, including proficiency in SQL Experience with reporting and data visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI Ability to design and monitor KPIs and create clear, actionable reports for executive audiences What you will get from us: Working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hybrid work model (minimum of 3 days per week working from the office) Opportunities to develop your skills and grow professionally through training and continuous learning Modernly equipped offices located in the heart of New Belgrade’s business district The possibility of transitioning to a direct contract with the client, including the full range of benefits If you are ready to take on a new challenge, apply now and join us!
