Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the full range of Tempur products while maintaining in-depth product knowledge and expertise Deliver premium customer service and build productive relationships with customers Manage inventory and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation at all times Handle VOC and manage customer experience Responsible for developing and training the sales team Work with the sales representative to meet sales targets and ensure the store is well operational Perform other duties as assigned Tempur Sealy International is committed to equal opportunities, and values diversity in our workforce.
