00 What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Perform a variety of specialized tasks within one or more of the different HR programs at a field location or the corporate office. Programs include: HRIS, compensation, leave and benefits administration, talent recruitment and compliance. Provides guidance and troubleshooting for HR Business Partner team on processes around benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

Possesses working knowledge of all HR tools, programs, and policies. Partner with HR leaders to understand informational needs and deliver data to support. Serves as a technical resource for the HR team, employees, and managers on the operation and maintenance of HR systems. Assists with projects such as data and workflow management to provide support.

Perform other duties as assigned.
