Principal Consultant Quality

Responsibilities

1. Create engines for large-scale transformations and ensure implementation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to Identify high impact projects and mentor them along with process owner to meet the engagement goals of Efficiency and Effectiveness and Business value delivery
2. Client Management: Ability to engage clients to identify the key gaps in the processes which are impacting Operations performance. Demonstrate the capability in terms of knowledge on industry wide best practices. Present process improvement recommendations and program status to ensure that all the client stakeholders are informed.
3. Process Control & Verification: Establish the process verification methods and establish control measures in the process for process stability and reliability.
4. Enable Digitization: Conduct process analysis to identify opportunities for Technology led solutions, Data analytics (Alerts, Estimates, Forecasting / predications) and Data visualization for real time business decisions and improvements.
5. Change Management: Plan for and train adequate number of resources to support the transformation / improvement program, interact with senior management of the business unit in order to ensure adequately trained resources are staffed for effective deployment of new initiatives
6. Risk Management: Identify process level and engagement level risk along with Operations and drive process improvement initiative to mitigate any risk in the processes
7. Process Improvement Culture - Plan and implement process improvement related training programs for the engagements, drive reward and recognition programs to encourage more people to participate in the transformation journey of the account.
8. Improvements based on structured feedback mechanisms (CSAT, IPSAT, ESATs etc.): Support process owner to analyses and drive improvement plans for feedback received across different areas.
9. Branding: Involve in external activities of seminars etc. Support participating in external activities, publish write-up etc in order to bring thought leadership in the given area.
